2.Application for Funding
3. All required documents/information listed on the Application for Funding page.
**Note: Applicants are required to submit an ORIGINAL APPLICATION And Fifteen (15) copies of the original “2023 Grant application” form only (point # 10 on the Documents Requirement form).

Deadline for applying is March 30, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. Application is for funding during the 2025 Budget Year.
