Jordan Hoskins

Jordan Hoskins | Executive Director

Hello and Welcome!

The Greene County Community Fund has a rich history serving others, and Jordan Hoskins is looking forward to continuing this great work!

Jordan’s entire career can be summed up with one word: SERVE. She is dedicated to serving others and intends to bring the same commitment to the Greene County Community Fund.

Prior to starting with the GCCF, Jordan served as the State Director of Saint Francis Ministries, a child welfare organization, working with at-risk children and families. She worked tirelessly to keep children out of foster care and advocated for system reform throughout Arkansas. During her tenure, her organization more than doubled in size and reduced entry into foster care by over 40%. She also consulted with other organizations training in data analytics and reporting measures. Jordan is educated in Psychology and Human Services and is trained in Family Centered Treatment, Seeking Safety, Motivational Interviewing, Situational Leadership, and Non-Profit Management.

More importantly, Jordan believes that people are worth it. She shares, “I once read, ‘Instead of waiting for good things to happen, be the good others are waiting for.’ This statement really resonated with me and has been my personal philosophy ever since. I DO believe in being the good for others because people are worth it, they are always worth it. I am so excited to now be focusing my efforts in my own backyard and being the good for my community!”

Outside of work, Jordan spends most of her time chauffeuring her children to their various activities & being their biggest fan or with her better half, Josh, who is arguably the most wonderful man on this side of the Mississippi. A self-described homebody, you will probably find Jordan in the comfort of her own home, trying her hand at a new hobby; this year it's crocheting and gardening….but inevitably, she will return to what she excels at - reading, shopping, and afternoon napping  - when her flowers die or she gets frustrated with the blanket she is trying to make.

Jordan firmly believes that it truly does take a village…or in this case, a community. Won’t you be part of her community?
